Our minimum engagement starts at $7,000. This helps ensure we can give each project, no matter how small, the attention it deserves. Most of the work we do (ex: graphics packages) often requires a larger investment to meet creative and technical goals. We’re happy to discuss what’s achievable within different budgets!

We ask for a 50% deposit up front to begin design. The final 50% upon completion and delivery.

We typically kick off new projects within 1–3 weeks, depending on the current production schedule. From there, timelines vary based on scope, creative direction and budget. A full graphics package—including the “big five” (motion headshots, logo loop, interstitials, matchups, and sponsor feature intros)—typically takes 1–2 months to complete.

While we always prefer to plan ahead, we’ve also delivered full football graphics packages in as little as 17 days when needed.

Creative tools are constantly evolving, and we're excited to explore AI tools that help accelerate ideation, concept development, and creative exploration when they add value to a project.

That said, we're proudly pro-artist. We believe the most compelling creative work comes from talented people using great tools—not from technology replacing artists. Our goal is to combine the best of new technology with the craftsmanship, originality, and creative judgment that only human creatives can provide.
